Description
Rooibos teas are a naturally sweet and sometimes they have a nutty herbal flavor. This tea is made from the South African Red Bush often referred to as Red Tea or African Red Tea. Pina Colada is a Rooibos tea blended with coconut bits, pineapple bits, Marigold Blossoms, Cornflower Blossoms. Caffeine Free

How some of the ingredients in this blend can help:
Red Rooibos helps to improve heart health by inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), which increases blood pressure. Rooibos tea is also full of health-promoting antioxidants. Certain antioxidants in Rooibos tea have been shown to kill cancer cells and prevent tumor growth.
Marigold Blossom as a tea it is an excellent source of antioxidants and great for sore throats, inflamed gums, gastric ulcers and congested lymph nodes. Marigold is also commonly used as a skin treatment, with preparations used for treating minor wounds, callouses, insect bites and stings, eczema, itches, burns and hemorrhoids.

Brewing Tip: To prepare this robust blend, bring your water to a boil at 212 degrees and then pour 6-8 ounces of the water over 1-2 teaspoons of tea and let steep for 5-7 minutes or longer. This will bring out all the flavors! Keep Sipping!
