Classes: Hands-on preparation of quick and easy recipes for all ages. We promote a cook yourself healthy theme. The meals taught are all Tasty! Easy! HEALTHY! And Fun!
Classes vary and will cover…
- Getting everything ready
- Food Safety
- Reading a recipe
- Knife and utensil skills
- Measuring ingredients accurately
- Practicing new kitchen skills
- Planning meals, and comparing food prices
- **Vegan and Vegetarian meals are also taught.
